ZOK 27 is a concentrated, neutral, water-based detergent cleaning fluid formulated for cleaning and corrosion inhibition of gas turbine engine compressors.
It removes salt, oil, atmospheric contaminants, and other compressor deposits while providing corrosion protection in a single cleaning operation. ZOK 27 is suitable for online and offline compressor washing in aviation, marine, offshore, industrial, oil and gas, and power-generation applications.
Regular compressor washing helps prevent long-term fouling, recover power output, improve fuel efficiency, reduce exhaust-gas temperatures and emissions, and extend the service life of engine components.
ZOK 27 is biodegradable and formulated to replace solvent-based compressor cleaners. Its neutral formulation and corrosion inhibitor help protect compressor components during and after washing.
This concentrated product must be diluted before use. The standard dilution is one part ZOK 27 concentrate with four parts water to produce a 20% cleaning solution.

DILUTION AND DIRECTIONS
Mix one part ZOK 27 concentrate with four parts water before use to produce a 20% cleaning solution.
For hot or online cleaning, use demineralised water with conductivity below 11 µS/cm.
For cold or offline cleaning, drinking water with conductivity below 700 µS/cm may be used.
Always consult the gas-turbine or engine manufacturer’s operating and maintenance manual for the correct washing procedure, injection rate, and safety requirements.
