Royal Purple Ultra-Performance™ Grease (UPG) is a high-performance synthetic multipurpose grease designed to satisfy a wide range of industrial lubrication requirements.
It is recommended for bearings, gears, sliding surfaces, and general-purpose industrial applications. UPG combines synthetic base oils, an aluminum-complex thickener, and proprietary Synslide™ additive technology to deliver strong film strength, excellent wear protection, and reliable performance across a wide range of operating conditions.
UPG is compatible with and noncorrosive to ferrous alloys and yellow metals commonly used in gears, bearings, and rotating-equipment components. It is also suitable for case-hardened gears that may be susceptible to pitting when conventional sulfur-phosphorus extreme-pressure oils are used.
The product significantly increases bearing life and equipment reliability while helping bearings operate smoother, cooler, quieter, longer, and more efficiently.

PROPRIETARY SYNSLIDE™ TECHNOLOGY
Synslide™ is a noncorrosive extreme-pressure additive technology that provides superior protection under boundary-lubrication conditions and centrifugal forces typically caused by heavy loads, shock loads, and slow operating speeds.
This technology creates a tough lubricating film that cushions loads and maintains separation between contacting surfaces. Its micro-mending action helps smooth bearing surfaces, reduce vibration, and promote smoother equipment operation.
