Royal Purple Barrier Fluid FDA®

Royal Purple Barrier Fluid FDA® is a pure, nonreactive synthetic barrier fluid with very low moisture content. It provides superior lubrication and cooling for dual mechanical seals, including tandem and double seal configurations. Its advanced synthetic formulation helps extend mechanical seal life, increase equipment uptime, and reduce the total cost of ownership. Barrier Fluid FDA delivers stable seal performance across a wide operating temperature range, satisfying most seal service requirements while allowing lubricant consolidation. The product offers excellent low-temperature fluidity, efficient heat-transfer properties, outstanding thermal stability, and compatibility with a wide variety of elastomers and other fluids. Barrier Fluid FDA is undyed, environmentally responsible, and recyclable. It is available in five viscosity grades. All grades are NSF H1 registered and approved for Kosher and Halal applications, making the product suitable for food-processing and pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.
